Matrix Renewables completed the acquisition of Pleasant Valley Solar Project from rPlus Energies.

Matrix Renewables, a global renewable energy platform, completed the acquisition of Pleasant Valley Solar Project, a 200 MWac / 261 MWdc solar project, from rPlus Energies, an environmental renewable natural resources company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are very pleased with the acquisition of the Pleasant Valley Solar Project and look forward to begin construction and finalize project financing over the coming months," Cindy Tindell, Matrix Renewables Managing Director and Head of US.
