Palladium Equity Partners-backed Health Connect America completed the acquisition of Specialized Youth Services of Virginia.

Palladium Equity Partners-backed Health Connect America, a multi-state behavioral health platform that treats a comprehensive mix of issues including conduct disorder, substance abuse, autism disorders and emotional disturbance, completed the acquisition of Specialized Youth Services of Virginia, a special education private school. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are pleased to add Specialized Youth Services to Health Connect America's growing network.
