Labcorp to acquire outreach laboratory business from Tufts Medicine.

Labcorp, a leader of innovative and comprehensive laboratory services, agreed to acquire outreach laboratory business from Tufts Medicine, an integrated academic health system. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Tufts Medicine is an established leader in providing diagnostic testing and healthcare in eastern Massachusetts, and their mission and values closely align with Labcorp's mission to improve health and improve lives.
