EY to acquire Future Friendly.

Ernst & Young, a provider of professional services, agreed to acquire Future Friendly, a product development and digital solutions consulting studio. Financial terms were not disclosed. “I am excited to welcome the team from Future Friendly to our Oceania practice and, in particular, to our growing business transformation team.
