Talon Entertainment and Finance Matthews Southwest to form a joint venture.

Talon Entertainment, a provider of equity and debt capital across the entire spectrum of the entertainment industry, and Finance Matthews Southwest, a full-service private real-estate development company, agreed to form a joint venture for the redevelopment of the South Side Studios in Dallas. Financial terms were not disclosed.
