Mixed Reform Fund, a national fund supporting mixed-ownership reforms of state-owned enterprises, and CCB Private Equity, a private equity investment arm of China Construction Bank, led a $111m Series C round in Beijing Sinoscience Fulleryo, a producer of a large-scale cryogenic equipment, with participation from CMG-SDIC Capital and Yuexiu Industrial Fund.
