Valsoft, a company specializing in the acquisition, management, and growth of vertical market software companies, completed the acquisition of Seekda, a company specializing in hospitality technology solutions, from Kognitiv, a company that provides loyalty management, data intelligence and activation and partner collaboration to enable data-driven personalization and optimization of the customer journey across its omnichannel platform.
