Flat Creek Holdings to acquire Stateline Operating oil and gas properties.

Flat Creek Holdings, a privately held, independent oil and natural gas company, agreed to acquire Stateline Operating oil and gas properties from Stateline Operating, a company that acquires, develops, and produces oil and gas properties in the Permian Basin and other domestic resource plays. Financial terms were not disclosed.
