Flex-N-Gate completed the acquisition of Treviso Automotive Lighting plant from ams OSRAM.

Flex-N-Gate, a manufacturer and supplier of large stamped metal and welded components, assemblies, and plastic parts for the automotive industry, completed the acquisition of Treviso Automotive Lighting plant, a production site for lighting and lighting components, from ams OSRAM, an Austrian electronics company that manufactures sensors for small form factor, low power, highest sensitivity and multi-sensor applications. Financial terms were not disclosed. The production site in Treviso, located in North-East of Italy, was established by OSRAM in 1966. It produces automotive lamps / modules / components for OEM customers on a production area of roughly 20.000 m².
