Aareon, a provider of SaaS solutions for the European property industry, completed the acquisition of IESA, a technology development company that specialized in providing farm management services and solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are excited to welcome IESA to the Aareon Group and enter a new market by expanding to Spain.
