Aebi Schmidt completed the acquisition of Oshkosh Snow Products from Oshkosh.

Aebi Schmidt Group, a Swiss multinational company that manufactures agricultural machinery, heavy equipment as well as municipal equipment, completed the acquisition of Oshkosh Snow Products from Oshkosh, an innovator of purpose-built vehicles and equipment. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to expand our presence in North America through this acquisition,” Barend Fruithof, Aebi Schmidt Group CEO.
