CISCO Systems to acquire Working Group Two.

CISCO Systems, a technology platform, agreed to acquire Working Group Two, a Norwegian developer of a cloud native mobile services platform that’s fully API consumable and highly programmable. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition of WG2’s technology and team, particularly its mobile space capabilities, will enhance the complete authentication, provisioning, voice, messaging, and data services of Cisco’s existing Control Center offerings.
