AAC Technologies to acquire a majority stake in Premium Sound Solutions from Value Enhancement Partners and Ardent Equity Management.

AAC Technologies, a provider of sensory experience solutions, agreed to acquire a majority stake in Premium Sound Solutions, a global manufacturer of premium sound systems and acoustic solutions, from Value Enhancement Partners and Ardent Equity Management, private equity firms. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are delighted to have the opportunity to partner with PSS to support our strategy to grow and continue to diversify our business toward the automotive market.
