PDI Technologies, an American provider of solutions and insights for convenience retail and petroleum wholesale, agreed to acquire Skupos, a platform that connects independent convenience stores and CPG brands. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Skupos has achieved impressive scale in the independent and small-chain channel.
