CCF Holdings to acquire TMX Finance.

CCF Holdings, a company that provides financial services primarily to under-served consumers in the United States, agreed to acquire TMX Finance, the parent company to the brands TitleMax, TitleBucks, EquityAuto Loan, and InstaLoan. Financial terms were not disclosed.
