LS Digital completed the acquisition of Social Panga.

LS Digital, a new-age digital marketing company that offers the most comprehensive suite of digital marketing services, completed the acquisition of Social Panga, a creative marketing and advertising agency. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Social Panga will give the group an extra edge to our robust digital marketing transformation services. We share a common vision of building this group for the globe with Indian roots. This further enhances our capabilities post Langoor Digital & F1Studioz joined the group last year," Prasad Shejale, LS Digital CEO and Founder.
