Osceola Capital-backed Forward Solutions, a provider of outsourced sales and marketing services, completed the acquisitions of ElectroRep and R/B Sales, two service electrical supplies manufacturers; Madigan McCune & Associates, and Upper Midwest Utility Sales- service utility, telecom, and power manufacturers.
