BTG Pactual completed the acquisition of Opy Health from IG4 Capital.

BTG Pactual, a Brazilian financial company, completed the acquisition of Opy Health, a private equity firm, from IG4 Capital, an investment company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Until now, all investors in our funds were foreigners. BTG could have bought the asset and kept it, but invited us to continue managing this second phase of the company with discretion,” Paulo Mattos, IG4 Capital CEO.
