Quadrivio Group to acquire The Private Clinic Group from BlueGem Capital Partners.

Quadrivio Group, an alternative investment firm, agreed to acquire The Private Clinic Group, a multi award winning medical group with clinics located across the UK, from BlueGem Capital Partners. Financial terms were not disclosed.
