The Access Group to acquire Oysta Technology.

The Access Group, a British software company, agreed to acquire Oysta Technology, a care technology solutions provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Over 17 years ago, I embarked on a journey to foster inclusivity, improve the lives of Vulnerable Independent People (VIPs) and transform the care delivery paradigm.
