MPE Partners to acquire Precision Pipeline.

MPE Partners, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire Precision Pipeline, a provider of pipeline construction services for the gas and oil industry in the United States. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are thrilled to be investing in Precision. The important addition of Mark to the team will enable the Company to pursue new growth avenues, including targeted M&A.
