Evolem-backed Lauralu, a company that manufactures, designs, and installs metallo-textile buildings for all forms of storage and warehousing, completed the acquisition of Smart-Space, a provider of fast and cost-effective modular building solutions for industrial and commercial applications. Financial terms were not disclosed.
