Private equity firms Abu Dhabi Investment Authority and CapitalG, agreed to acquire a minority stake in TeamSystem, a software developer, from Hg Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We firmly believe that TeamSystem is well positioned to continue to grow in both existing and new markets.
