Great Portland Estates to acquire King Sloane Properties from Belgravia & Chelsea Property Services for £70m.

Great Portland Estates, a British property development and investment company, agreed to acquire King Sloane Properties, a real estate firm, from Belgravia & Chelsea Property Services for £70m.
