Juniper Travel Group completed the acquisition of Vervotech.

Juniper Travel Group, a provider of travel distribution software to tour operators, completed the acquisition of Vervotech, a travel software company focused on providing accommodation data solutions, including hotel mapping, room mapping and hotel curated content.
