PanPower Phoenix Holdings completed the acquisition of Major Oak Holdings, an owner and operator of power-generating stations and Mesquite LeaseCo from Mesquite Generation Holdings, a 1.1 GW portfolio of thermal power assets. Financial terms were not disclosed.
