GETEC to acquire The Life-Science-Park Rheintal from Novartis.

GETEC, an energy transition company. agreed to acquire The Life-Science-Park Rheintal, a life sciences park in the Swiss town of Stein, from Novartis, a healthcare company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of the park is an important corporate strategic step for GETEC. We are thus strengthening our activities in the European market and significantly expanding our competencies for the chemical and pharmaceutical industry. Novartis has created a top industrial location in the Life-Science-Park Rheintal and has established well-known companies here in addition to significant own activities. We would like to continue and expand this successful development,” Pierre-Alain Graf, GETEC CEO.
