GETEC, an energy transition company. agreed to acquire The Life-Science-Park Rheintal, a life sciences park in the Swiss town of Stein, from Novartis, a healthcare company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of the park is an important corporate strategic step for GETEC.
