Motion & Control Enterprises completed the acquisition of Ultimatium Industries.

Motion & Control Enterprises, a supplier of technical fluid power, automation, flow control, compressed air and lubrication products, repair & services, completed the acquisition of Ultimation Industries, a conveyor manufacturing company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to welcome Ultimation’s talented associates to the MCE family.
