MACOM to acquire the RF Business of Wolfspeed for $125m.

MACOM, a supplier of semiconductor products, agreed to acquire the RF Business of Wolfspeed, a developer and manufacturer of wide-bandgap semiconductors, for $125m. “We are excited to acquire Wolfspeed’s RF Business and look forward to welcoming its employees to MACOM.
