Visma completed the acquisition of ACOS.

Visma, a company that provides business software and information technology-related development and consultancy, completed the acquisition of ACOS, a cloud software solutions provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are looking forward to a new and exciting chapter in the history of ACOS, now as part of the Visma family. We are now launching our new state-of-the-art product platform, and realised that the timing was right to bring in a strategic partner which can help us reach even more customers," Bent-Inge Storheim, ACOS Managing Director.
