Auxo Investment Partners completed the acquisition of Cariboo Central Railroad Contracting.

Auxo Investment Partners, an investment company, completed the acquisition of Cariboo Central Railroad Contracting, a provider of railroad construction and maintenance services and consulting on railroad projects. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The addition of Cariboo expands our footprint into Canada and brings a veteran team of Canadian railroaders onto the Genesis team.
