Nordson, an American multinational corporation that designs and manufactures dispensing equipment for consumer and industrial adhesives, sealants and coatings, completed the acquisition of the remaining stakes in Polyusus, a Luxembourg private limited liability company, and AgriTech holding, a company that specializes in sale, installation and maintenance of equipment for dairy farming, for $826.8m.
