Pollen Street, an independent alternative investment management company, focused on accelerating the progress of the financial and business services sectors, completed the acquisition of majority stake in Assessio, a technology platform which delivers standardised data-driven insights for recruitment and talent development to enterprises and SMEs across a wide range of sectors, from Main Capital Partners, a software investor managing investment funds active in Northwestern Europe and North America.
