Staple Street Capital and Wilkins family to acquire Delaware Valley Floral Group.

Staple Street Capital, a private equity firm that invests in middle market businesses, and Wilkins family, the management team of DVFG, agreed to acquire Delaware Valley Floral Group, a floral distribution company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are thrilled to partner with the DVFG management team and to build upon the Company’s strong foundation.
