Phoenix completed the acquisition of Nostra Technologies.

Phoenix, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Nostra Technologies, a managed IT services provider in Ireland. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We were looking for a partner who would back Nostra’s ambitious plans to grow organically and via acquisition. We want to build on our offering to be a true ‘end to end’ provider for aspirational companies who need world-class support. Phoenix have been a pleasure to work with and we spoke to many other teams they had partnered with who confirmed our view. We put a long-term plan in place for Nostra back in 2015. We are still in the early stages of that plan but are delighted to have found a partner in Phoenix who will help us achieve our ambition to become a global leader in IT,” Kevin O’Loughlin, Nostra CEO.
