Teak Capital completed the acquisition of a 50% stake in Quinta do Vallado.

Teak Capital, an investment holding of the Moreira da Silva family, completed the acquisition of a 50% stake in Quinta do Vallado, a wine manufacturing and distribution company. Financial terms were not disclosed. The current owners decided on the entry of Teak Capital as a shareholder and partner to harness the full potential of one of the most important brands in Douro. Teak Capital aims to contribute to accelerating the growth of the business grounded on its bases of value and differentiation, which are related to the tradition and the quality of its products, land and touristic assets.
