GKSD-backed Gruppo San Donato, a hospital group, agreed to acquire a majority stake in American Heart of Poland, a cardiovascular care company, in a $539m deal. “The development of quality health care, the progress of research in the health field and quality education supported by the advancement and he innovation of technology remain the main objectives of the San Donato Group.
