EMK Capital-backed Garda Sikring completed the acquisition of KIBO Security.

EMK Capital-backed Garda Sikring, a Norwegian road, construction, area and object security company, completed the acquisition of KIBO Security, an insurance company that designs and installs mechanical security and electronic monitoring solutions for companies. Financial terms were not disclosed.
