Shoreline Equity Partners completed the investment in American Landscaping Partners.

Shoreline Equity Partners, private equity firm, completed the investment in American Landscaping Partners, a provider of integrated commercial and residential landscaping and chemical application services. Financial terms were not disclosed. Stefan and the broader ALP team have built an exceptional company, and we are beyond excited to partner with them to grow the business through add-on acquisitions.
