Energy Infrastructure Partners, an investor in the energy transition, and Electra, an early mover and European champion in the electric vehicle infrastructure industry, agreed to form a Swiss joint venture. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are delighted to be joining forces with EIP, a well-known Swiss player that also specializes in energy infrastructure. Their involvement demonstrates their confidence in our ability to rapidly develop our stations in the country,” Aurélien de Meaux, Electra CEO.
