AshGrove completed the acquisition of Pollen Street Capital and DBay Advisors-backed Proactis.

AshGrove, an independent London-based pan-European credit manager, completed the acquisition of Pollen Street Capital and DBay Advisors-backed Proactis, a software developer. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to partner with AshGrove, and thrilled by the potential this investment brings.
