Marlin Equity Partners-backed The Marcura Group, a provider of digital workflow solutions to the maritime industry, agreed to acquire ShipServ, a maritime online procurement platform and marketplace. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The combination of Marcura and ShipServ creates an industry-leading vertical software, data, payments and procurement platform focused on the maritime sector.
