Cube Infrastructure Managers, an independent mid-market infrastructure investor, agreed to acquire Nordic business from Platinum Equity-backed Urbaser, a provider of communities with global waste management solutions, for €390m. “We are very proud of the leading collection platform that we have created in the Nordics region with a strong management team in place.
