Clarios to acquire power business of Paragon.

Clarios, an advanced energy storage solutions provider, agreed to acquire power business of Paragon, an automotive company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The low-voltage network is critical to the new user experiences, data collection methods and power system transformation underway in vehicles.
