Oil Changers, a independent lube chain with 56 locations in the Western US, agreed to acquire 10 Minute Speed Oil Change Center, a specialist in oil change, oil filter replacement, chassis lubrication, and general checkup of most cars. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The San Francisco Bay Area is where Oil Changers first opened its doors, and our customer base here is very loyal. The addition of 10 Minute Speed will offer our current customers more location options and introduce us to new members of the community,” Eric Frankenberger, Oil Changers President.
