Alder Fund completed the acquisition of EWGroup.

Alder Fund, a Nordic investment fund with the goal of creating the best possible conditions for development of long-term sustainable technology companies, completed the acquisition of EWGroup, an environmental technology company that offers waste management, land remediation, sampling, and water treatment services. Financial terms were not disclosed.
