Kaizen Automotive Group completed the acquisition of Flex Fleet Rental from Waterfall Asset Management and TRP Capital Partners.

Kaizen Automotive Group, a pioneering force in the automotive industry, completed the acquisition of Flex Fleet Rental, a truck rental company, from Waterfall Asset Management and TRP Capital Partners, two investment firms. Financial terms were not disclosed.
