Sterling Group-backed Artisan Design, a provider of design, procurement, and installation services, completed the acquisition of KB Kitchen & Bath, a manufacturer of kitchen and bath cabinetry. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are thrilled to work with KB and to strengthen ADG's presence in the Carolinas.
