Sterling Group-backed ADG completed the acquisition of KB.

Sterling Group-backed Artisan Design, a provider of design, procurement, and installation services, completed the acquisition of KB Kitchen & Bath, a manufacturer of kitchen and bath cabinetry. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are thrilled to work with KB and to strengthen ADG's presence in the Carolinas. This acquisition will provide ADG with greater coverage of the single-family market and will enhance our cabinet offering in this region," Steve Margolius, Artisan Design Group CEO.
