Integral Venture Partners completed the acquisition of a majority stake in O’Fresh.

Integral Venture Partners, a private equity and growth capital investments firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in O’Fresh, a provider of vending, office coffee, and clean water services to business clients. Financial terms were not disclosed. Integral’s investment in O’Fresh comes on the back of its investment (dated late 2021) in Breaktime, the leading clean water, vending, and office coffee services operator on the Bulgarian market; and will benefit from the in-house expertise developed by Integral’s team in all these business service categories.
