UPS completed the acquisition of Transports Chabas Santé healthcare logistics unit.

UPS, an American multinational shipping & receiving and supply chain management company, completed the acquisition of Transports Chabas Santé healthcare logistics unit, a provider of logistics services intended for transporting fresh products along the Mediterranean Basin. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We're building a pan-European cold chain network that can deliver the next-generation pharmaceutical and biologic treatments at the right time and temperature.  With our shared focus on quality, the operations of Transports Chabas Santé will enhance our industry-leading capabilities and better connect our customers to our global, tech-enabled network," John Bolla, President of UPS Healthcare.
